What is Corporate Housing?

Corporate housing is fully furnished apartment living without committing to a year-long lease with a property, our minimum stay is 30 days. Once past that initial 30 days, we work around your schedule. We provide temporary furnished apartments for those who are relocating for business, traveling for work, in-between homes, or are having their current residence renovated. 

What is the Difference Between Corporate Housing and Staying at a Hotel?

Enhanced Corporate Housing’s luxury furnished apartments enable you to establish a home away from home when you are traveling for work. You will have a full-sized kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and stove, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Plus, you get all the personal touches of a hotel including bi-weekly housekeeping. Also, it often becomes less expensive to stay in a corporate apartment if your stay will have you in temporary housing for more than a month. There is no hotel tax in Michigan for stays of 30+ days. What Kind of Units do you Have for Rent?

Enhanced Corporate Housing provides 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom luxury furnished apartments. We also have access to some private homes and condominiums, but these often require a one year commitment. Just let our sales team know your needs, and we will be creative in providing temporary housing options.

The apartments are located throughout metro Detroit and in surrounding cities; Dearborn, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Troy, Novi and beyond. What Furnishings are Provided?

Every Enhanced Corporate Housing apartment is fully furnished, so no need to bring anything but you and your personal items. All furnished apartments are stocked with all the kitchen essentials, linens, bed and bath essentials, and home electronics you need. Every guest is welcomed with an Enhanced Corporate Housing welcome basket that includes basic toiletries and conveniences.

What Utilities are Included?

Utilities such as electricity, water, gas, heat, expanded basic cable, and wireless internet are included with your furnished apartment.

The only additional charges you may face are for pet or parking fees, or international phone calls.  Additional channels can be added upon request to your cable and movies can be ordered On Demand at cost.



Can I Bring My Pet?

Enhanced Corporate Housing is pet friendly, and while certain buildings have breed restrictions and weight limitations we have apartments available that are pet accessible. Additional pet fees apply, and vary by property. Also, current vet records and proof of vaccinations must be provided. Pets must be registered with the property prior to arrival. 


What Amenities are Included?

Amenities vary from property to property. Most of our suites are in luxury buildings that may include outdoor pools, grill areas, fitness centers, and business centers. Most properties are also close to grocery stores, nearby shopping, and local attractions. Enhanced Corporate Housing guests will have free access to the building amenities and will be provided with the appropriate code/fob for entry to those areas upon move-in.

Enhanced Corporate Housing has furnished apartments all over Michigan. However, we can definitely assist with your Midwest and national needs.  We have corporate housing partners throughout the country, and we can assist with your temporary needs outside the Midwest. Can I Tour the Apartments?

Yes, you can. However, tours are scheduled on a by appointment basis only. In addition, we will not tour occupied units. If our units are full, we may not be able to tour the furnished apartments, just the properties.


What is the Pricing?

Pricing for corporate housing is competitive with seasonal hotel rates. You’ll have a full-sized kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, and more living space.

Our peak season runs April through November, so rates and availability are tighter during these times. Please try to plan ahead and book accordingly. We can set reservations in the future, but not confirm apartment numbers often until just prior to arrival.

How Do I Pay?

Enhanced Corporate Housing accepts corporate/personal checks, wire, Mastercard and Visa. Payment is due prior to arrival for your 1st month’s stay, and then on the 1st of the month thereafter. Rent is pro-rated to your departure date once your notice to vacate is turned in to our office. There is a 2.5% processing fee for any rent paid by credit card.
